Farmer listed as street-level individual drug personality nabbed in Tabuk City

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad Benguet- (April 12, 2021) – PROCOR COPS arrested a farmer listed as Street Level Individual in the morning of April 7, 2021 at Tabuk City, Kalinga.

Citing reports from the Provincial Director of Kalinga, PCOL DAVY VICENTE LIMMONG, joint Operatives of Tabuk City Police Station, Regional Intelligence Division, and PDEA Cordillera implemented a Search Warrant to Rudy Ayangao Gud-ay, 27, in his house in Malin-awa, Tabuk City that eventually led into his arrest.

During the search, seen and confiscated items in his house were five (5) pieces of small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu, nine (9) used aluminum foil, 19 empty small plastic transparent sachets, four (4) plastic transparent sachets with residue, one (1) Cal 22 magnum loaded with six (6) live ammo, one (1) holster, one (1) live ammo for Cal 45, 12 live ammos for M14, eight (8) ammos for M16, and two (2) cellphone Huawei touchscreen and a Nokia Keypad.

Substance from the plastic transparent sachets weighed a total of more or less 0.4 grams with an estimated standard drug price of Php 2,720.00.

Meanwhile, inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted onsite in the presence of a Kagawad of Barangay Binongsay, Malin-awa, a media representative, and a DOJ representative.

The arrested suspect and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Tabuk CPS for proper documentation. The suspect is now facing charges for violation of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and RA 10591 (Comprehensive Law on Firearms and Ammunition). (PROCOR RPIO)
