Street-Level drug personality busted in Kalinga

Another street-level drug personality was arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted by Kalinga cops in Brgy Bulanao Centro, Tabuk City, Kalinga on November 24, 2021.

Based on the reports submitted to PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, joint operatives of Kalinga PPO and RID-PROCOR conducted a buy-bust operation that resulted in the arrest of the suspect identified as Johnson Wagacon Langoban, 51, listed as a Street Level Individual (SLI).

Suspect Langoban was arrested after he sold to an operative who acted as a poseur buyer two (2) plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 0.3 grams and a Standard Drug Price (SDP) amounting to Php 2,040.00.

Moreover, in the course of his arrest, operatives recovered another six (6) plastic sachets containing suspected shabu with an estimated weight of 1 gram & SDP amounting to Php 6,800.00 and assorted drug paraphernalia from his possession.

The markings and inventory of the pieces of evidence were done on-site in the presence of the suspect and witnessed by Mr. Nakingngak Bangloy, DOJ representative; Ms. Melisa Guavez, media representative; and Kagawad Jay Ann Eyadan of Brgy Bulanao Centro.

The arrested suspect and the confiscated pieces of evidence were brought to Tabuk City Police Station for documentation and proper disposition before filing of a case for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 against him. (PROCOR-PIO)
