PROCOR COPS busted two drug personalities

PROCOR’s intensive fight against illegal drugs resulted in the arrest of two drug personalities in a buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of RID/RSOG together with BCPO, RECU-COR and RIU 14 at Brgy. Ferdinand, Baguio City on August 13, 2021.

Based on reports submitted to PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, Regional Director, the suspects were identified as Nicole Ann Cabarlo, 22, listed as Regional Top Ten Illegal Drug Personality (RTTIDP); and Jayson Fangki Domingo, 32, listed as Street Level Individual (SLI).

Cabarlo and Domingo were arrested after they sold to an operative posting as poseur buyer a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less 1 gram with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of Php 6,800.00.

During the course of their arrest, seized from the possession of Cabarlo were the boodle money and cellphone used in the transaction.

Markings and inventory of the pieces of evidence were conducted on-site in the presence of the suspects and witnessed by Prosecutor Sigrid Canawil, Kagawad Felipe Gaerlan of Barangay Sto. Rosario, and media representative Charles Niko Limon.

The arrested suspects were brought to the custody of Legarda Police Station (PS5) for proper documentation while a case for violation of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared against them. (PROCOR-PIO)
