RAB Volunteers and Partners Unite to Beautify Park Drive Garden

BAGUIO CITY – (May 29, 2026) The Rehabilitation Action for Baguio Volunteers (RAB-Volunteers), headed by Chairman Rosalie “Ochie” Maria Rachel, together with officers and BODs, in collaboration with personnel from the Social Security System (SSS) and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), recently conducted a cleanup and flower-planting activity along Park Drive Garden, Pacdal Circle. This initiative forms part of the city’s Adopt‑A‑Park Program under the administration of Mayor Benjamin B. Magalong.

The effort reflects a shared commitment to sustainability and community pride. By enhancing the park’s environment and ensuring its cleanliness, the volunteers and partner agencies highlight the importance of collective responsibility in preserving public spaces.

Guided by the vision of the City Environment and Parks Management Office (CEPMO), the activity underscores the value of maintaining order, beauty, and ecological balance in Baguio’s parks. More than just a beautification project, it is a reminder that every citizen and institution has a role to play in protecting the city’s heritage and ensuring that green spaces remain vibrant for future generations. # Mario Oclaman // FNS
