SSS Baguio Orients Employers and Bookkeepers on SSS Obligations

Business owners from various establishments in Baguio City capped their one-day Employer and Bookkeeper Orientation conducted by the Accounts Management Section of the SSS Baguio Branch. They were oriented with their legal obligations under RA 11199 or the Social Security Act of 2018 and other SSS-related requirements. Baguio City, May 28, 2026 — The Social Security System (SSS) Baguio conducted its regular seminar for employers and bookkeepers to provide updates on SSS programs and remind participants of their responsibilities under Republic Act No. 11199, otherwise known as Social Security Act of 2018.
During the seminar, SSS representatives discussed the legal obligations of employers and employees, including contribution payments, requirement compliance, and proper documentation. Participants were provided with clarifications regarding concerns about SSS membership and compliance requirements.
