Oplan Tuli and Bloodletting were conducted in Sto Rosario Valley barangay

BAGUIO CITY – Barangay officials of Sto Rosario Valley led by Punong Barangay Herminio Estipular together with Kagawads;  Bobby Dalupan, Kareen Kate Gapuz, Gloria Parrocha, Rossana Tablada, Felipe Gaerlan, and John Abat were conduct Basic Life Skill, Bloodletting and Oplan Tuli on June 17, 2022 at Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School.
