Barangay Sto. Rosario Valley Celebrates IDADAIT 2025 with Youth Drug Prevention Lecture

In observance of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (IDADAIT) 2025, the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) of Sto. Rosario Valley spearheaded a lecture and awareness activity for the youth and children aged 17 and below.

The lecture was facilitated by Punong Barangay Edwin Tablada, together with the members of BADAC, and focused on educating the young participants about the dangers of illegal drugs, their effects on health and community, and practical ways to avoid drug involvement. The facilitators also shared the barangay’s ongoing and future programs and initiatives aimed at keeping Sto. Rosario Valley is drug-free and youth-friendly.
