Street Level Individual busted, 38.5K worth of Marijuana Oil confiscated

PROCOR’s intensive anti-illegal drugs operations resulted in the arrest of a Street Level Individual (SLI) in a buy-bust operation conducted along Bokawkan Road, Barangay P. Burgos, Baguio City in September 7, 2021.

Reports submitted to PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, Regional Director, disclosed the identity of the suspect as Francis Dalimot Coderias,  22, a native of Alcala, Pangasinan and resident of Upper Pinget, Baguio City.

Coderias was arrested by joint operatives of BCPO, RSOG, PDEG and RACU COR after he sold to an operative acting as poseur buyer 11 pcs of a brown bottle containing suspected marijuana oil. Each bottle contained more or less 60ml and is worth Php 3,500.00 each with a total of MOL 660ml and market value amounting to Php. 38,500.00.

During the course of his arrest, seized from his possession were the bust money and cellular phone used in the transaction.

Markings and inventory of the pieces of evidence were conducted onsite in the presence of the suspect and witnessed by Kagawad Ricardo Rodriguez of Barangay P. Burgos, Prosecutor Don Immanuel Jonathan Vergara and Mr. Charles Nikko Limon of RNG Luzon.

The pieces of drug evidence were brought to  BCPO Crime Laboratory for Qualitative and Quantitative Examinations while a case for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 is being prepared against the arrested suspect. (PROCOR-PIO)
