ROSES IN BLOOM

The Rose Garden at Burnham Park, Baguio city  is reopened to the public today, 19 March 2021 after it was  rejuvenated during the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) period by the City Environment and Parks Management Office in planting different varieties of roses.
