POLICE REPORT: PROCOR COPS ARRESTED 35 WANTED PERSONS

Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet–Police Regional Office Cordillera arrested 35 wanted persons in the Cordillera, of which four (4) were listed as Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP) during the one-week operation against wanted persons from December 6-12, 2020.

 Of the 35 arrested wanted persons, Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) recorded the highest number of arrests with 11 apprehensions followed by Abra Police Provincial Office (PPO) with eight arrests, Benguet PPO with seven arrests, Ifugao PPO with five arrests, Kalinga PPO with two and Mt. Province PPO and Apayao PPO with one arrested person each.

A total of four Top Most Wanted Persons (TMWP) were arrested. Two from Benguet PPO and one each in Apayao PPO and Mt. Province PPO.

 In Benguet, suspect Bryan Lioncio Dopinio, 19 years old, was arrested by personnel of La Trinidad MPS by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Hon. Daniel D. Mangallay, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Abatan, Buguias, Benguet, Branch 64 for the crime of Rape (2 counts) with no recommended bail while Rodel Magana Roxas, 44 years old, was arrested by personnel of Itogon MPS by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francis A. Buliyat Sr. of RTC, Br 9, La Trinidad, Benguet for the crime of Violation of 9262 with recommended bail of Php80,000.00 each case. Dopinio listed as No. 10 TMWP in Provincial Level while Roxas listed as No. 4TMWP in Municipal Level.

 In Apayao, No. 6 Top Most Wanted Person (TMWP) in Provincial Level identified as Jonathan Aldos Ngisit, 41 years old, was arrested by Flora MPS by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Francisco S. Donato of RTC, Br 26, Luna, Apayao for the crime for violation of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002 with recommended bail of Php100,000.00.

While in Mt. Province, Kyle Sodchig Tongngao, years old, was arrested by Paracelis MPS by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Sergio T. Angganay Jr. of RTC Br. 35 & 36, First Judicial Region Bontoc, Mountain Province for the crime of Violation of RA 7610 with no recommended bail. Tongngao listed as No. 3 TMWP in Municipal Level.
