OPLAN TULI AND BLOOD LETTING ACTIVITY
The “OPLAN TULI AND BLOODLETTING” event was held on May 24, 2024, at Manuel A. Roxas Elementary School in Sto. Rosario Valley was a significant community initiative led by Edwin M. Tablada, in collaboration with Atab Health Center and the Red Cross. Key medical personnel provided essential health services, including Dr. Karla C. Tabin Medical officer Ms. Virginia G. Rivera Midwife ll, Mr. Raniel Al B. Bolla Nurse ll, and Ms. Ghesalyn D. Bugnay Nurse ll.
The event addressed critical health needs by offering free circumcision services and organizing a bloodletting drive, promoting wellness and ensuring blood supply for emergencies.
