ITY FAST-TRACKS PRE-REGISTRATION OF COVID-19 VACCINE PRIORITY RECIPIENTS
BAGUIO CITY – (Feb. 24, 2021) – The City Government through the City Health Services Office is fast-tracking pre-registration activities (profiling and master listing) of priority sectors in line to receive the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) vaccines in preparation for the implementation of the National COVID-19 Vaccine Immunization Deployment Program in the city.
The CHSO set Feb. 28 as deadline for the pre-registration of priority groups like the senior citizens and uniformed personnel.
Pre-registration for senior citizens is being conducted either through the submission of Google Form Response using the Google Form link for Senior Citizens: https://forms.gle/XKBKxXSmKNcEgo5K6 or through interviews by roving barangay health workers (BHWs), Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERTs), barangay nutrition workers (BNWs), district health centers and public and private hospitals, long-term care facilities catering to senior citizens.
Uniformed personnel from the Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines, Baguio Fire Department and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology enlist through Google Form link http://forms.gle/YZgK3pYQNACYJbf88.
Separate master listing activities were also started last week targetting qualified residents of barangays covered by the city’s 16 health districts. Pilot run was done at the Aurora Hill health district and followed by the Quezon Hill health center.
The CHSO however clarified that the profiling and master listing are just pre-registration activities and are different from the registration proper which will be covered by a separate activity. — Aileen P. Refuerzo
