High-value drug personality busted in Baguio City

PROCOR’s intensified war against illegal drugs led to the arrest of a High-Value Individual in a buy-bust operation conducted at Purok Magsaysay Drive, Loakan Proper, Baguio City on July 28, 2021.

Reports submitted to PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, Regional Director, disclosed the identity of the suspect as Prince Danielle Oriol Irada aka “Prince Oriol Irada Dumagcao”, Regional Top Ten Drug Personality (HIV), 22 years old and resident of #91 Purok Magsaysay Drive Drive, Loakan Proper, Baguio City.

Suspect, Irada, was arrested by joint operatives of Baguio CPO, RID, RSOG, and RIU 14 after he sold one (1) piece of a heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected ‘’shabu’’ weighing more or less 3 grams with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of PHP 20,400.00 to an operative acting as poseur buyer.

In the course of his arrest, seized from his possession is another one (1) piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet of suspected ‘’shabu’’ weighing more or less 0.5 gram with an SDP of PHP 3,400.00. Onsite inventory of the pieces of evidence recovered was conducted onsite and thereafter turned over to SOCO Crime Laboratory, BCPO for qualitative examination while charges for violation of RA 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs of 2002 is being prepared against the suspect.
