A tattoo artist busted for selling illegal drugs in Baguio City

CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – (May 15, 2021) – A 28-year-old tattoo artist, identified as a High-Value Individual (HVI) was arrested for selling illegal drugs in an operation conducted by joint forces of Cordillera police and PDEA-Baguio in Lower Balacbac, Santo Tomas Proper, Baguio City in the evening of May 13, 2021.
Citing the reports reaching PROCOR Regional Director,  PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE, the suspect was identified as Darryl Martin Clemente, 28, tattoo artist, and listed as a High-Value Drug personality of Baguio City Police Office (BCPO). 
Clemente was arrested after he sold two (2) plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing 1.0 gram with an estimated value of Php 6,800.00 to an operative who acted as a poseur buyer. 
Along with his arrest, the buy-bust money, an android cellphone, and one (1) black/orange RUSI motorcycle were confiscated in his possession. 
The inventory and markings of all evidence seized were done in the presence of a DOJ & media representative and the Punong Barangay of Santo Tomas Proper.
Clemente will be facing charges for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 (RA 9165) and is now under the custody of BCPO Marcos Highway Police Station for proper documentation and disposition. (PROCOR-PIO)
