A singer listed as high-value target busted for selling illegal drugs

A 41-year old singer from Balili, La Trinidad, Benguet was arrested after selling suspected shabu to an undercover agent in Longlong Road, Puguis, La Trinidad, Benguet, late afternoon of March 8, 2021.

According to Benguet PPO’s Provincial Director PCOL REYNALDO PASIWEN, the suspect who was identified as Ricky Andy Kuito was arrested in a buy-bust operation by joint operatives of Benguet PPO and PDEA-CAR. Mr. Kuito is listed as a High-Value Individual

Kuito was arrested after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu worth Php 4,284.00 to the anti-narcotics operative who acted as poseur-buyer. A search against the arrested suspect yielded another sachet weighing 0.36 gram with a market value of Php 2,448.00, one cellular phone, and the buy-bust money.

The suspect is brought to the La Trinidad MPS for booking pending inquest proceeding. (PROCOR RPIO)
