The Baguio AIDS Watch Council led by Marlene De Castro together with Assistant City Health Officer Dr. Celiaflor Brillantes, AWAC members, and the City Government of Baguio represented by Mayor Benjamin Magalong with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the City Council celebrated World AIDS Day during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds.
