Governor Melchor Diclas together with several personnel of Benguet Capitol delivered relief goods and PPE to Mankayan, Benguet to help in the municipality’s COVID-19 response. The relief goods and PPE were received by Mankayan LGU headed by Mayor Frenzel Ayong.
