SOLO PARENTS ASSOCIATION CONGRATULATED

The city government of Baguio, represented by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and city council members congratulated and commended the Solo Parents Association of Leonila Hill (SPALH) for being awarded the 2nd runner-up in the “First 2024 Regional Kabuhayan Awards” by the Department of Labor and Employment-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOLE-CAR) held on December 12, 2024, at the Venus Park View Hotel. The Solo Parent member received the framed copy of Resolution Numbered 789 (Series of 2024) during the February 3, 2025, Flag Raising ceremony at the Baguio city hall grounds.
