Service with Heart: Wheelchair Donation Uplifts Lives in Sto. Rosario Valley

BAGUIO CITY (April 23, 2026) Barangay Sto. Rosario Valley received a meaningful visit from BCPO City Director PCOL RUEL D. TAGEL, who personally extended assistance to community members in need.

In a gesture of compassion and public service, two wheelchairs were formally turned over to beneficiaries living with permanent mobility impairments due to stroke. The recipients, Jose Vinas and Former Punong Barangay Herminio Estipular, are expected to benefit significantly from the assistance, which will help improve their mobility and overall quality of life.

Barangay officials noted that the initiative reflects the continuing commitment of uniformed personnel to not only uphold peace and order but also promote the welfare and well-being of residents through community outreach efforts.
