PROCOR Regional Director gives gift to locals Kabayan, Benguet

CAMP MAJOR BADO DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – (March 18, 2021) – As PROCOR Regional Director PBGEN R’WIN S PAGKALINAWAN visited the mountains of Kabayan, Benguet, the Cordillera top cop also sponsored a gift-giving program for the locals of Barangay Bashoy, Kabayan on March 10, 2021.

In his message, PBGEN PAGKALINAWAN said that they opted to celebrate the birthday of his wife Ms. Pia Hontiveros- Pagkalinawan by sharing their blessings to others through a gift-giving activity instead of the traditional birthday celebration.

 The Regional Director and his wife personally handed the gift items to more than a hundred residents of the said barangay.

The children were given bonnets, raincoats, boots and assorted toys and foods while the adults received kettle, thermos, gardening gloves and other essential items and foods, especially since Barangay Bashoy is cold and windy, being situated at 1,805.7 meters above sea level.

As part of his visit, PBGEN PAGKALINAWAN also attended the PNP Blue Mass, which is a Mass dedicated for PNP personnel, held at the Mount Pulag Summit, along with some personnel of Kabayan MPS and Benguet PPO. (PROCR RPIO)
