PROCOR COPS joins RESBAKUNA Kids

39 police dependents were inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines during the PROCOR’s launching of “Resbakuna Kids” in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on March 8, 2022.

The Regional Medical and Dental Unit  – Cordillera (RMDU – Cor) has initiated the program and was graced by PCOL JOHN C CHUA, the Acting Deputy Director for Administration (DRDA), and Dr. Genevieve Laking, Pediatrician from Benguet General Hospital.

To provide a cheerful mood to the participating children, nursery rhymes were continuously played during the program. Photo booths were also set up and the children were treated with candies & dental kits.

“Resbakuna Kids” is a national government campaign to give COVID-19 vaccines to children aged 5 to 11 years old.

Aside from the program in PROCOR, police officers with medical-related courses were also deployed to assist in various vaccination sites in the Cordillera region. (PROCOR-PIO)
