More than 18 thousand consumers of Benguet Electric Cooperative (BENECO) in northern Benguet can soon look forward to a much-improved capacity and reliability with the arrival of its new 10 MVA substation power transformer for its Bulalacao Substation in Mankayan, Benguet.
