PAMBANSANG PABAHAY (4PH) PROJECT
The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) held its ceremonial groundbreaking of the “Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Housing” (4PH) Project at Sitio Topinao,, barangay Poblacion Tuba, Benguet on May 17, 2023. DHSUD Secretary Jose “Jerry” Rizalino Acuzar was represented by PAG-IBIG CEO Marilene Acosta who delivered the agency’s message for the said program.
DHSUD was represented by Usec. Wilfredo Mallari, Asec. Krsnadasi De Leon, Asec. Tiburcio Canlas and DHSUD CAR Regional Director Mary Amoroso. Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Tuba Mayor Clarita Sal-ongan, Itogon Mayor Bernard Waclin, city and municipal councilors, and representatives of government and private agencies were also present during the ceremonial groundbreaking.
The total land area of the site is 6.4 hectares wherein the development area is only 5 hectares. Approximately 6,400 housing units will be constructed. # Dexter See
