Four Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality, High-Value Individuals, and Seizure of suspected Shabu was arrested in a buy-bust operation

BAGUIO CITY – Four Regional Top Ten drug personalities were now facing charges for violation of RA 9165  or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, Section 5 (Selling), Section 6 (Maintenance of Drug Den, dive or resort), Section 7 (Employees and visitors of a den), Section 11 (Possession of Illegal Drugs) and section 12 (Possession of Drug paraphernalia) with PDEA Coordination No. 10002-072022-0113

That on July 25, 2022 (Monday) at about 11:45 PM in No.28 Purok 9, Upper Pinget, Baguio City.

The joint operatives of Police Station 2 (Lead unit), PDEA-CAR, PDEA-BAGUIO, DEU, RDEU, RIU 14, and CIU BCPO conducted a buy-bust operation in the presence of Barangay Captain Pablo Pawi  from Barangay Upper Pinget, Baguio City and DOJ representative, Assistant City Prosecutor Don Immanuel Vergara and Media Representative Mr. Darius N Bajo of GMA News   that resulted in the arrest of the suspects and the confiscation of the following pieces of evidence

Confiscated Drug Evidence is: One (1) Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing more or Less  3.09 grams with SDP Php 21,012 (subject of sale), Three (3) Small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance suspected to be shabu weighing more or Less  11.66 grams with SDP Php 79, 288 (Possession), One (1) Improvised all weather toother with a residue of suspected shabu, One(1) improvised toother with a residue of suspected shabu, One (1)  used small heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet with the residue of suspected shabu.

Non-Drug evidence confiscated are Ten (10) pieces of One Thousand Peso bill boodle money bearing the same serial numbers FA941655, One (1) Cellular phone (Huawei blue in color), One(1) Cellular phone (Samsung White in color) , One (1) Cellular phone (Samsung Black in color), One(1) Digital Weighing Scale gray in color, One (1) Empty Green Flashlight Box, One(1) stainless scissor, One(1) stripe Pencil Pouch, One(1) opened unused plastic small sachets, One(1) Disassembled lighter orange in color, One (1) Disassembled Lighter blue in color, Three(3) Rolls of unused aluminum foil, One(1) plastic transparent sachet with used Aluminum foil, One(1) small transparent bottle with liquid substances.

The suspects were identified as David Bitao y Ayochok alias “Wagsi”, 49 y/o (DOB: May 17, 1973), married, driver, a native of Bontoc Mt. Province, and a resident of #28 Purok 9, Upper Pinget, Baguio City reloaded as Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality -High-Value Individuals (RTTIDP-HVI) for the calendar year 2022.

Jefferson Abor y Churping, alias “Sapang”, 44y/o (DOB: Oct. 11, 1978), married, unemployed, native of Sadanga, Mt. Province, and a resident of #28 Purok 9, Upper Pinget Baguio City reloaded as Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality -High-Value Individuals (RTTIDP-HVI) for the calendar year 2022.

Marco Muleta y Manrique, 29 y/o (DOB: May 29, 1993), single, painter, a native of Moncada, Tarlac, and a resident of Purok 5, Upper Pinget Baguio City reloaded as Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality -High- Value Individuals (RTTIDP-HVI) for calendar year 2022.  #  With report Station Commander, PS2

Gerry Vic Bautista y Cabrera, 47 y/o (DOB: September 5, 1975), water delivery, single and a resident of Piripin Bato Dreamland, Pico La Trinidad, Benguet reloaded as Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality -High-Value Individuals ( RTTIDP-HVI) for the calendar year 2022.

Based on the available records at hand the arrested suspects were reloaded as Regional Top Ten Individual Drug Personality -High-Value Individuals (RTTIDP-HVI’s) for the calendar year 2022,  likewise arrested suspects were under close monitoring by the PDEA and the operatives of this station for their involvement in illegal drug activities.

Inventory on the pieces of evidence was subsequently conducted on-site in the presence of the suspect and the witnesses.BWC and ARD were used during the operation.
