Cordillera Association of Regional Executives aims to enhance governance, public service delivery, and regional development through strong inter-agency cooperation
The Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO CAR) Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, attended the Annual General Assembly of the Cordillera Association of Regional Executives (CARE) Inc. held at The John Jay Hotels, Loakan Road, Baguio City, on March 10, 2025.
The assembly, focused on strengthening inter-agency collaboration and regional development, featured Ms. Maria Marcy Cosare-Ballesteros, Executive Director of the Career Executive Service Board, as the keynote speaker.
This was also attended by Mr. Khadaffy D. Tanggol, President of CARE Inc. and Regional Director of the Department of Public Works and Highways-CAR, Ms. Editha S. Puddoc, Regional Director of the National Police Commission-CAR, Ms. Helen R. Tibaldo, Regional Director of the Philippine Information Agency-CAR, Atty. Samuel D. Gallardo, Secretary and Assistant Regional Director of the Department of Trade and Industry-CAR, and the newly elected CARE Inc. members and other distinguished guests.
The assembly highlighted presentations on CARE programs and projects, emphasizing a coordinated approach to regional development, security, and public service. Discussions focused on addressing key regional challenges and opportunities, fostering stronger partnerships among agencies. Additionally, the event included a special election for the positions of Assistant Secretary and Marshall, followed by the oath-taking ceremony of new members.
CARE Inc., comprising leaders from various National Government Agencies in the Cordillera Administrative Region, serves as a platform for collaboration, policy discussion, and strategic planning.
