City Government of Baguio congratulates Dr. Gabrielle Paul S. Pascual

– for ranking second in the March 2021, Physician Licensure Examination. He is a product of Special Education Center, Baguio City National High School – Special Science Class as First Honor, and graduated as Magna Cum Laude from the Saint Louis University.
