In today’s rapidly evolving real estate sector, PNB Holdings Corporation (PHC) is steadily establishing its presence—not only through its properties, but through its commitment to responsible corporate citizenship. As part of the Lucio Tan Group of Companies, PHC understands that its role extends beyond property management. It includes contributing to the development of communities that are inclusive, resilient, and sustainable.
This commitment is reflected in Project Solicitude, PHC’s corporate social responsibility campaign designed to address key societal and environmental challenges. Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the program focuses on four core areas: environmental stewardship, accessibility, community health and well-being, and disaster resilience.
Over the course of the campaign, PHC implemented six initiatives under Project Solicitude. These included a disaster preparedness workshop for tenants and building frontliners, a blood donation drive, an accessibility workshop, participation in a national cleanup campaign, a holiday gift-giving program, and a week-long sustainability fair. These efforts engaged more than 1,031 internal stakeholders and reached 300 underserved families, with support from seven partner organizations.

“Our goal with Project Solicitude is to ensure that our developments contribute positively to the communities around them,” said Mr. Joselito R. Consunji, Chief Operating Officer of PNB Holdings Corporation. “We believe that real estate should not only serve commercial purposes, but also help create environments that are inclusive, resilient, and responsive to real-world challenges.”
Each initiative was designed to deliver practical impact. Whether it was providing life-saving knowledge, promoting inclusive design, or offering support during the holidays, PHC’s approach was grounded in empathy and a clear sense of purpose.
Looking ahead, PHC plans to expand Project Solicitude with new activities focused on solid waste management across its properties, inclusive community engagement, and health and wellness. These efforts will continue to reflect PHC’s belief that real estate development should go hand-in-hand with social responsibility.
As PHC moves forward with its long-term vision, it does so with a clear understanding of its broader role—not just to tenants and investors, but to the communities it serves. Through Project Solicitude, PHC is helping build better communities with consistency, intention, and care. ###
