Torrijos to launch Torrillos Festival as their Official Municipal Festival during its 146th founding anniversary

Torrijos, Marinduque – By May 25, the Torrillos Festival would be launched in time for the 146th foundation day of the town, also in celebration of National Heritage Month in accordance with the Municipal Ordinance no 2025-09. The Municipal Government of Torrijos, Marinduque, through the leadership of Hon. Mayor Joey P. Peñaflor, invites one and all to the much-anticipated celebration of its 146th Founding Anniversary.

Among the official line-up of activities during the said occasion are as follows: 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐕𝐀𝐍 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐕𝐔𝐋𝐍𝐄𝐑𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐒 (At Risk of Malnutrition, PWDs, Children, and Senior Citizens) on 𝗧𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 12) 𝟳:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀;

at the Torrijos Gymnasium; SHORE CASTING FISHING TOURNAMENT by May 4 to 14  Registration Period (Online / Walk-in at Tourism, Culture, and Arts Unit at Ground Floor of the Torrijos New Municipal Government Center. while the on 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 17) 𝟰:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟯:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 is the MAIN EVENT at Torrijos Freedom Park, Brgy. Poblacion;

In addition, there is going to be a 𝐌𝐎𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐇 𝐒𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐈𝐂𝐄𝐒 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐂𝐎𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐔𝐓 𝐅𝐀𝐑𝐌𝐄𝐑𝐒 (Free medical services for 500 eligible coconut farmers and their dependents) on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬-𝟮𝟭 by 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 𝘁𝗼 𝟱:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 at the Venue: Torrijos Covered Court, then there would be a 𝐊𝐀𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐘𝐀𝐍 𝐒𝐀 𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐉𝐎𝐒, a collaboration of Saint Ignatius of Loyola Parish and The Municipal Government of Torrijos on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆 (𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟮1), the WEDDING MASS starts 𝟴:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 at Saint Ignatius of Loyola Parish (SILP) Church while the PROGRAM AND CEREMONIES is going to take place by 𝟭𝟬:𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗠 at the Venue: Torrijos Stadium

Among the featured activities for heritage month, 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐍𝐀!
