77TH VICTORY DAY CELEBRATION

The city government of Baguio celebrated the 77th Victory Day Celebration last September 3, 2022, at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center. Administrator USEC. Reynaldo Mapagu of Philippine Veteran’s Affairs Office (PVAO) is the guest of honor. Representatives of the fifteen War Veterans received an award from the city government represented by Congressman Marquez Go with members of the city council and Hon. Mapagu.

The Philippine Veterans Bank turned over the mural, “A Tribute to Filipino Freedom Fighters: Out of the Darkness, Prisms of Light.” It was formally unveiled right after the program by PVAO Administrator USEC. Reynaldo Mapagu, the city government of Baguio led by City Congressman Marquez Go with members of the city council, and PVB Head of Marketing and Communications, FVP Miguel Angelo C. Villa-Real.
