3 High-Value drug personalities busted in Baguio City

Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – (April 22, 2021) – In another joint buy-bust operation conducted by Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) and PDEA – Baguio, three drug personalities listed as High Value Inviduals (HVI) were arrested in the afternoon of  April 20, 2021 at Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City.

Based on the report from Legarda Police Station (BCPO PS-5), the suspects were identified as Michelle Marco Perocho, 39, Alex Lanz Vitonio Santos, 39, and Ariel  Malabed Pescador, 21, all residents of  Baguio City and listed as Top 10 Priority of the Regional Intelligence Division  (RID).

Prior to their arrest, the three suspects agreed to a meet up along Bakakeng Norte, Baguio City for the transaction. They were arrested after the police poseur buyer was able to buy a sachet of suspected shabu weighing about 1 gram and with market value of  Php 6,800.00.

Moreover, operatives confiscated from the suspects another small sachet of suspected shabu weighing MOL 0.5 gram with estimated market value of Php 3,400; 1 red cellphone used during transaction; 2 ID Cards, and the buy-bust money.

Inventory of the seized items was done on-site witnessed by Kagawad Susana Wadwadan of Bakakeng Norte and Media Representative Mr. Charles Nico Limon of Regional Network Group.

Suspects were brought to BCPO PS-5 for proper documentation, while a case for violation of RA 9165 or Comprehensive Drug Act of 2002 is being prepared for filing against them in court. (PROCOR-PIO)
