27th PCR Month officially started in PROCOR

The 27th Police Community Relation Month has officially started with a Kick-Off Ceremony at the Masigasig Grandstand, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on July 4, 2022.

Coinciding with the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony, the Kick-Off Program was graced by Dr. Erneili Pampuan Dancel, the Manager of the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Baguio-Benguet Branch. Dr. Dancel was warmly welcomed by the men and women of PROCOR and was accorded with a traditional dance and Foyer Honors.

Celebrating with PROCOR is the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) CAR Director, Dir Editha Semillia-Puddoc who officially declared the opening of the 27th PCR Month Celebration with the theme “Ugnayang Pulisya at Komunidad Tungo sa Mapayapa, Maayos, at Maunlad na Pamayanan.”

As the highlights of the program, Dr. Dancel led the awarding of Medals to the seven (7) deserving PNP personnel for their notable accomplishments while Certificates of Recognition were distributed to the nine community partners who supported the advocacies of PROCOR. She was assisted by Director Semillia-Puddoc; PROCOR Regional Director, PBGEN RONALD OLIVER LEE; and other members of the PROCOR Command Group.

In her message, Dr. Dancel expressed her profound gratitude and stand to continuously work with the PNP and other law enforcement to eradicate the illegal number games.

Dr. Erneli said, “On behalf of the PCSO, our deepest gratitude for the continuous support and assistance the PNP has given us all through these years. We may not totally eradicate illegal number operations, but we may hurt their operation one way or another through the conducting a series of raids”.

Meanwhile, Dr. Ernieli Dancel was among the community partners who received a Certificate of Recognition for providing medicines during the conduct of PROCOR’s community outreach programs. (PROCOR-PIO)
