192 Rookie COPS successfully join the PROCOR LINE

After completing the 960 training hours of the Public Safety Field Training Program Phase II-OJT/FTX, the 192 strong men and women of Class 2020-05 “Sibat-Talas” will now join as regular members of the Cordillera police force as they graduate in a Closing Ceremony held at the Masigasig Grandstand in Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet on December 3, 2021.

PBGEN LAWRENCE COOP, PROCOR Deputy Regional Director for Administration, graced the event as the guest of honor and speaker. He also led the distribution of the Certificates of Completion to company representatives and the giving of awards to the outstanding members of the class.

The highlight during the ceremony is the awarding of medals to the members of Class “Sibat-Talas” who excelled in academic and non-academic subjects.

For ranking as the top 1 of the class, Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) was awarded to Patrolman Kevin L Salinas while Medalya ng Papuri (PNP Commendation Medal) was also awarded to Patrolman Jim C Osting for ranking as 2nd and Patrolwoman Mariel C Lacaste for ranking as 3rd.

Moreover, Leadership Awards were given to Patrolman Jayrynson C Panisigan for being the Battalion President and Patrolman Joshua Lee B Numbalang for being the Class Marcher.

Further, Certificate of Service of Duty was also awarded to the Field Training Officers (FTO) received by their representative, PCMS Noel T Lantin.

As part of the ceremony, the newly appointed Patrolmen and Patrolwomen officially received their badges and took their oath as full-fledged members of the Philippine National Police.

In his message, PBGEN LAWRENCE COOP congratulated the graduates for completing their training and for being new members of “The Home of The Most Disciplined Cops.” He challenged them to contribute to keeping the Cordillera region a peaceful and safer place to live, work and do business.
