BAGUIO CITY — Staff of the Urdaneta City Public Library in Pangasinan headed by City Librarian Bernadine Gravela, visited the Baguio City Public Library (BCPL), June 21, for a benchmarking activity after their visit to the Baguio Smart City Command Center at the Baguio Convention and Cultural Center.
Baguio City Librarian Easter Wahayna-Pablo oriented the visitors on the BCPL’s various services and programs.
