“As you commence your final six months of training, it is very timely that we have a new Chief, PNP. I urge you to internalize and uphold his Pillars of Leadership, and practice these values as you begin to engage with communities on the ground,” he said.
Following their completion of the PSBRC, the graduates will now undergo a six-month Field Training Program (FTP) – a practical, on-the-job training phase where they will apply their classroom learning in real-world law enforcement scenarios. Successful completion of the FTP will qualify them for permanent appointments as members of the PNP.
This new batch of recruits represents not only additional strength for the police force but also a renewed commitment to public safety, discipline, and community-oriented policing throughout the Cordillera region. (RPIO PRO CAR / File Photos)
