THE FIRST VISUALLY IMPAIRED LAWYER

The city government of Baguio congratulated Attorney Anthony Mark Dulawan Emocling for being the first visually impaired Bar Passer in the Philippines. He graduated Cum Laude with a course in Political Science at the University of Baguio. Mayor Magalong with Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and members of the City council gave him a framed copy of city resolution numbered 233 (series of 2023) during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony at the city hall grounds.
