STRICT BORDER CONTROL.

City officials have once again decided to close the Summer Capital’s borders to leisure travelers, from July 31 to August 6, 2021, due to the impending threat of the more infectious Covid-19 Delta variant. Police personnel stationed at the checkpoints are also on full alert against persons attempting to enter the city using counterfeit identification cards.  Photos by Neil Clark Ongchangco
