Road rage sparks shooting; police hunts suspect

SAN MATEO, Isabela- Cauayan City Police continue to conduct follow-up operations to hunt the suspect of a shooting incident on May 18, 2022 in front of Sea Oil causing the instantaneous death of victim Danilo Bramaje, 42 years old, truck driver and a resident of Brgy. Gappal, Cauayan City, Isabela.

The victim and the suspect were both heading in the south direction of the said place when the road rage took place. The suspect shoot the victim after a heated altercation and casually drove off onboard a black Honda Beat motorcycle with his back rider. The victim sustained a gunshot wound on the chest.

Two slugs of Cal. 45 were recovered by Cauayan City Police at the crime scene.# Mae Barangan
