RD PBGEN PEREDO JR. led the ocular inspection and participated in the practice of Visita Iglesia

The PRO Cordillera Regional Director, PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, conducted an ocular inspection of the new Tactical Operations Center of the Baguio City Police Office

As part of his visit, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, inspected the different facilities and equipment of the said area to ensure that they have proper communications and coordination with the police officers in the field and that they can properly monitor the operational progress within their area of responsibility.

They also inspected the different facilities and equipment of the Fitness Gym to ensure that they were properly installed and well-maintained.

The said fitness gym of Baguio CPO was established to promote physical and wellness activities to every Napino cop aiming to keep them strong and healthy as they perform their duties and responsibilities in the community.

The Regional Director PBGEN PEREDO JR.  visited various church places and actively participated in the practice of Visita Iglesia during the Maundy Thursday of Semana Santa.

In Baguio City, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, visited the Our Lady of Atonement Cathedral on Session Road, the Pink Sisters’ Convent & Chapel on Brent Road, the Cathedral of Ressurection in Magsaysay, and the St. Joseph the Worker Parish Church in Pacdal, while in La Trinidad, Benguet, he visited the Episcopal Church of Epiphany in Km 6, Betag.

More than just ensuring the safety and security of the church-goers, the Regional Director also took the opportunity to have a dialogue with them and extend his appreciation for their cooperation with the security measures implemented by the police force.

The team also visited the Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet.

During his visit, which is part of his continuous efforts to ensure the well-being of the public in the various places of convergence this Holy Week, PBGEN PEREDO, JR, engaged with the farmers and vendors, as well as the tourists, to check on their welfare and advised them to continue in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the area at all times.

Further, the Regional Director also inspected the Police Tourist Assistance Desk in the area to personally check on the readiness of his troops in performing their duties and reminded the public to be mindful of their personal belongings and call for police assistance as the need arises.
