PROCOR’S DRDO visits Apayao PPO

Camp Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet – In a field visit at Apayao Police Provincial Office on February 17, 2021, PROCOR’s Deputy Regional Director for Operations (DRDO) Police Colonel John C Chua speaks before the men and women of Apayao Police Provincial Office during the traditional “Talk to Men” at Camp Allan, San Francisco, Luna, Apayao.

PCOL CHUA acknowledged the strong support of the provincial government, citing the different office equipment which were given in support to the Apayao Police.

It can be recalled that the Provincial government, being fully supportive to PROCOR’s peacekeeping efforts in the province, has donated 10 Desktop sets, 2 Prepaid Wi-fi sets, one laptop and a projector to the Apayao PPO  on November last year. Likewise, they turned over two motorcycle units last January in support to the Regional Intelligence Division (RID).

During his visit, the DRDO conducted an inspection of personnel and equipment at the Apayao PPO and the Provincial Mobile Force Company at Barangay Buluan, Conner, Apayao. The procured items by the Regional Director such as communication and Internal Security Operations (ISO) equipment were also presented during the inspection.

Meanwhile, the DRDO encouraged the personnel to accord the same support they showed to the former Provincial Director as they welcome the new Officer-in-Charge. He also reminded them to always ensure the operability of such items for their safety especially during police operations. (PROCOR RPIO)
