PRO CAR Regional Director Visits the Men and Women of PRO 12
PBGEN DAVID K PEREDO, JR, Regional Director of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR), stepped back onto familiar ground as he visited the Regional Headquarters of the Police Regional Office 12 (PRO 12) at Camp General Paulino Santos, General Santos City, on June 20, 2025.
Welcoming him with open arms was PBGEN ARNOLD P ARDIENTE, Regional Director of PRO 12, along with a vibrant traditional dance and full arrival honors—a testament to the respect and warmth felt for the returning leader.
During his visit, PBGEN PEREDO, JR., took the opportunity to personally engage with the personnel through a “Talk to Men” session. He encouraged young officers to serve with heart, reminding them that rank and position are temporary, but the lives they touch and the legacy they build are lasting.
“This sentimental journey brings a flood of memories—of missions fulfilled, long nights in the field, and communities served with dedication. PRO 12 was not just an assignment; it was a defining chapter in my life as a public servant,” he added.
Adding a special warmth to the occasion, he was joined by his cherished family and colleagues from PRO CAR. Their presence highlighted the deep personal pride and unwavering support that surround his remarkable path.
