PRO CAR Regional Director Visits Kalinga PPO

The men and women of the Kalinga Police Provincial Office (PPO), under the leadership of PCOL JAMES M MANGILI, Provincial Director, rolled out a warm welcome for PBGEN ERICSON D DILAG, Regional Director of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region, during his first Command Visit to the Kalinga PPO Provincial Headquarters at Camp Captain Juan M. Duyan, Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga on September 17, 2025.

Upon his arrival, PBGEN DILAG was greeted with the sound of gongs and a traditional welcome dance performed by the Kalinga PPO cultural dancers. He was also accorded arrival honors.

As part of the program, the Regional Director personally awarded the Medalya ng Kagalingan to five deserving personnel of the Kalinga PPO in recognition of their exemplary performance and meritorious achievements.

In his address, PBGEN DILAG emphasized the core values of MakaDiyos, Makatao, Makakalikasan, and Makabansa, reminding personnel to be fair, committed, and steadfast in carrying out their duties. These values, he said, should serve as a constant guide in the performance of their responsibilities.

 “Let us continue to adhere to the highest standards of discipline, integrity, and professionalism. These are the cornerstones of effective policing and the guiding principles that must be reflected in all aspects of our service—whether in operations, investigations, or internal responsibilities. Remember that excellence is not achieved through grand gestures alone, but through the consistency of our daily actions,” he added.

The Regional Director also highlighted the PNP FOCUS AGENDA of the Acting Chief, PNP, PLTGEN JOSE MELENCIO C NARTATEZ, JR. He emphasized the value of unity in achieving success and the importance of fostering strong relationships and close collaboration with stakeholders to sustain peace and order in the province.
