“As we end this celebration, let it not be the end of our efforts. Let this be a renewed commitment to continue bridging the gap between the police and the public, to continue strengthening our institutions, and to continue building a Bagong Pilipinas where safety is not just the desire of the police—it is the lived reality of the people,” he added.

As a token of appreciation, PBGEN DILAG presented a plaque of appreciation to Atty. Dungala for his valuable presence and inspiring message during the event.

This year’s celebration carried the theme, “Sa Bagong Pilipinas, ang Gusto ng Pulis, Ligtas Ka!”—a call to action that reaffirms the Philippine National Police’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of every Filipino as part of the administration’s vision for a renewed and progressive nation.

The 30th PCR Month served not only as a commemoration of successful partnerships but also as a reminder of the essential role that community engagement plays in effective policing. Through strengthened collaboration, trust-building, and shared responsibility, PRO CAR continues to champion a brand of service that is inclusive, people-centered, and anchored on genuine public trust.
