On May 8, 2026, PHINMA Properties, in partnership with JEPP Real Estate Co., broke ground on Dahlia Tower, the first tower of Maayo Terraces, a mid-rise residential condominium community within Saludad Township. This development follows the earlier groundbreaking of TRYP by Wyndham, reflecting the continued rollout of key township components.

The Dahlia Tower project reflects long-term commitment and continued investment in Bacolod North, where large-scale developments are shaping the city’s next phase of growth.
