PDEA-CAR REGIONAL DIRECTOR CHAMPIONS FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION, DRUG TRAFFICKING NETWORKS LOSE ASSETS

Director Martin R. Francia, the Regional Director of PDEA-ROCAR, was commended by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency for his significant contribution to the Council’s financial investigations. His efforts led to the successful forfeiture of bank accounts worth more than P50, 000,000.00 and motor vehicles in a case filed before Branch 18 of the Regional Trial Court of Manila against Sally Ang Nina and her associates, who were involved in money laundering and drug trafficking.
