The Bureau of Jail Management and Penology awarded a certificate of recognition to the Volunteers in Prison Service (VIPS), Rev. Rowena Orajay, Dr. Charesma Grace Killip-Lud-ayen, Ms. Louriza Joy Bilog, Asian Tech Hub Academy (ATHA), Inc., TESDA-Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE), Plaza Lodge, City Government of Baguio, PNP-Drug Enforcement Group, Bureau of Fire Protection – City Fire Station, and the Baguio City Police Office (BCPO) for their unwavering commitment and compassionate service to the BJMP-Male Dorm as partners for implementing Interfaith program, Facilitating Basic Literacy Program (BLP), Providing Skills Training, Providing display area of livelihood products crafted by Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), contributions on the improvement of living conditions of PDLs and sharing of expertise.
