OUTSTANDING CHAPTER PRESIDENT

Loida Bialno was commended by the city government of Baguio for being awarded as the outstanding Chapter President of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) on November 23, 2023 at Sorsogon City. Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, and city council members awarded Ms. Bialno the framed signed copy of Resolution Numbered 055 (Series of 2024) during the Monday Flag Raising ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds.
