BAGUIO CITY – Ms. Jennylyn Galletes De Los Santos Floresca showed her badge as proof of her position as the International Director of the Climate Change Task Force.

She was inducted by the Climate Change Commissioner of the Philippines, Founding Chairman, Commissioner Albert P. Dela Cruz Sr., as Director of the International Climate Change Task Force. And she is now seeking to establish a legacy movement as a Real Estate Consultant.

Among those inducted were Real Estate Consultant Jennylyn Galletes De Los Santos Floresca, who now holds the key post of International Director for the Climate Change Task Force, and Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval, along with delegates from 15 countries, including male and female models participating in the event.

International Director Jennylyn said, “As a Developer here in the Philippines to champion climate change resilience, development, renewable energy, planted bamboo seedlings, we will do this in 3-year planning and inviting the city officials to work hand-in-hand especially the good mayor and the congressman are sustainable business and sustainable movement who are expertise in sustainable solutions on climate change resilience,”

She also received full compliance with the Real Estate Service Act (RESA) in the Philippines, specifically R.A. 9646, which requires real estate service practitioners to be licensed, registered, and to adhere to ethical standards and continuing professional development. This includes passing the licensure exam, obtaining a certificate of registration and professional ID, and renewing these every three years while completing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs.

Key aspects of full compliance with RESA:

Licensure and Registration:

All real estate service practitioners, except real estate salespersons, must pass the licensure examination administered by the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES).

Those who pass the exam must register with the PRBRES and obtain a certificate of registration and a professional identification card.

Salespersons must be accredited by a licensed real estate broker and registered with the PRBRES.

Ethical Conduct:

Practitioners must adhere to the Code of Ethics and Responsibilities for Real Estate Service Practitioners.

This includes exercising the profession with integrity, fidelity, responsibility, sincerity, respect, and courtesy.

Practitioners must also cooperate with the government in protecting the public against unethical practices.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD):

Practitioners are required to participate in CPD programs to maintain their license and stay updated on industry standards.

The PRBRES, in consultation with accredited professional organizations, prescribes the guidelines for CPD.

Specific Provisions for Different Roles:

RESA outlines the specific scope of practice for each category of real estate service professional (e.g., broker, appraiser, consultant, assessor).

For example, a real estate broker must supervise and be responsible for their accredited salespersons.

Compliance with Regulations:

Practitioners must secure necessary licenses and permits and comply with all other requirements related to the practice of real estate services.

They must also pay all required professional fees and taxes.

PROUD TO BE! COMPLIANT  2025

Ms. Jennylyn was also assigned to operate the International Climate Change Resilience Movement collaboration, and she created the Runway Model Universe with their vision to elevate the platform as a global hub for sustainable fashion, climate education, and youth empowerment.

This collaboration between the Climate Change Commission and Runway Model Universe represents a groundbreaking model for advocacy, blending policy, art, and action to tackle the pressing challenges of our time.

“We focused on mission and vision. We want to work with individuals who are eager to take the lead in our generation. The Earth is crying, our generation needs people like us, so ina-appeal ko talaga yun may dugo na kayang magsakripisyo alang-ala sa ating Inang Kalikasan,  we know the support will be there walang problema diyan, ang kailangan lang talaga ay yun fashion na naintindihan ang mission sila ang gusto namin makasama as partner,”

“We are part of the owners of this, as I am very interested in the integration of the Green Movement and Blue Movement in Real Estate Development, so after sustainable fashion, there will be a Filipino Expo in Canada, which is why we invite all real estate brokers, developers, and other industries focused on redevelopment and resilience to climate change, infrastructure, and all industries supporting sustainable development and resilience to climate change.

We are currently studying how to calculate carbon credits for our projects, so while we take care of the planet, we can also thrive economically and maintain a proper calculation of carbon credits accredited by international carbon credit organizations as partners or as one among many international carbon credit organizations.”

“We collaborated with other countries, such as France, Taiwan, Nepal, Japan, Malaysia, India, and the U.S.A.”  Director Jennylyn concluded.  # Mario Oclaman //FNS
