Upper Magsaysay Punong Barangay Precy Dacanay accompanied by the two Kagawad Rey Orbello and Noronisah Datumanong voluntarily distributed some pieces bundle of surgical face masks to their constituents particular to the sidewalk vendor, clinics, pharmacy, and Persons With Disabilities (PWDs).  Mario oclaman / FNS
