GROUNDBREAKING: Buyog Rainwater Harvesting Facility

Mayor Benjamin Magalong, Baguio Water District (BWD) GM Salvador Royeca, and city officials officially broke ground for the Buyog Watershed Rainwater Harvesting Facility on February 9, 2026. This project is a critical component of the city’s long-term strategy to ensure water security and resilience for the next 10 to 20 years.
