FIFTY PRO-CAR PERSONNEL COMPLETED CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION COURSE
Fifty (50) personnel from various units of the Police Regional Office Cordillera Administrative Region (PRO CAR) successfully completed the Criminal Investigation Course (CIC) on December 19, 2025, marking another significant stride in strengthening the region’s investigative capability.
Of the 50 graduates, 47 are Police Non-Commissioned Officers, while three (3) are Non-Uniformed Personnel. The graduation ceremony, held at the Log Cabin, Camp Major Bado Dangwa, La Trinidad, Benguet, was graced by PCOL LEDON D MONTE, Acting Deputy Regional Director for Operations, who served as the keynote speaker.
During the ceremony, PCOL MONTE led the awarding of Certificates of Completion to the graduates, followed by the ceremonial pinning of CIC pins as a formal recognition of their successful completion of the course. Outstanding graduates were likewise honored for their exemplary performance, discipline, and leadership throughout the training.
The Medalya ng Kasanayan was awarded to PCpl Rodolfo A Guillao, who ranked Top 1 with an average of 92.14%. Meanwhile, the Medalya ng Papuri was awarded to PCpl Novela S Tanas, who ranked Top 2 with an average of 91.61%, and to NUP Jallel O. Charaychay, who ranked Top 3 with an average of 89.39%.

Leadership Awards were also presented to PMSg Jordan A Tayni for his role as Class Marcher and to PMSg Jemini C Sudcalen for her commendable leadership as Class President.
In his message, PCOL MONTE emphasized the importance of maximizing the knowledge and skills they gained from the course, urging the graduates to apply their learnings in strengthening investigative work and enhancing the delivery of police services in their respective units.
CIC Class 02-021-RCAR-2025-063, conducted from October 30 to December 19, 2025, brought together personnel from PRO CAR, who underwent intensive training to enhance their knowledge, competence, and proficiency in criminal investigation.
